OODIN reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this agreement, fees, charges, terms at any time. Costumers shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
You must be an individual (i.e. not a corporation) and at least 18 years of age to order or have perental approval when ordering.
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of OODIN suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. OODIN holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel OODIN to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Orders are placed and received exclusively via the site. Before ordering from us, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the products. Correct customer’s address and post code/zip code, costumer’s up-to-date telephone number and e-mail address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of products.
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with OODIN you may have in the future. The order confirmation also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards. OODIN never store or transfer any credit card information. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit or debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, OODIN may automatically cancel your order.

VAT is included 20 % of the price for orders within EU. VAT is not included for other orders outside of EU.
OODIN are not responsible for any extra duties or taxes that may be added by customs in the country your package is shipped to. These charges are at the customers own expense. In order to be sure of the current charges, OODIN advices costumers to take contact with their local customs office.

OODIN ships to most places in the world. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting OODIN customer service at: email@example.com within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. The cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to OODIN will be on you. Unclaimed packages are not counted as cancelellation of your purchase.
In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with OODIN by email. If a product has been discontinued OODIN has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. OODIN will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours after the transaction, please send us an email and we will make our best to avoid possible shipping costs.
Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. If consumers use their right to send back an order, they should contact OODIN in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.
